Under the mentorship of Dr.J.Devika, Professor at Centre for Development Studies, Trivandrum, Kerala, I developed a writing output for my original research project titled “The Production of the Malayali Dream: the emergence of single-family homes as the dominant spatial imaginary”, an exploration of the historio-social conditions that led to the proliferation of the single-family house type in Kerala.
